The Embassy Burger pairs a 100% handmade beef patty with house-made burger sauce and comes with fries. For a more substantial meal, try the Classic American Lasagna. It layers fresh pasta sheets from Awaji Men Gyo with house-made meat sauce, mozzarella, Parmigiano and handmade ricotta. One diner who chose it for lunch enjoyed the pleasantly chewy texture of the fresh pasta. Seasonal pasta is another popular choice, made with ingredients at their best. At one point, the dish was an aglio e olio with cod and seasonal vegetables, finished with seafood stock and olive oil, and accented with karasumi (dried mullet roe). Some diners say they order the seasonal pasta regularly, making each changing dish part of the appeal.

Round off a meal with the house-made rare cheesecake and coffee. The cheesecake is lightly sweetened, with lemon for tartness and maple syrup on the side; some diners say they often order it with the seasonal pasta. A guest who stopped in just for coffee enjoyed its balanced bitterness and aroma. The house blend, developed with a roaster, uses specialty-grade beans. The café is attached to a golf driving range, but visitors do not need to use the range. One reviewer describes spending time there alone, working on a laptop. It suits a coffee or dessert break as well as a meal, and the Himonya branch has baby chairs, making it a practical option for a family meal.
